Build the Future of High-Performance Automation We are redefining how modern automation systems are built. Our linear motion technology replaces conventional conveyor systems and enables machine builders and system integrators — particularly in the packaging industry — to significantly increase throughput, flexibility, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE). To accelerate the growth of our automation product business across Europe, we are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager with experience in complex technical sales and a strong ability to build and develop strategic customer relationships.
Job Description
Execute the regional sales strategy with a focus on sustainable growth of the automation product business (SuperTrak Conveyance) across Europe
Take ownership of territory management, sales pipeline, revenue growth, and market share expansion across the DACH region and Europe
Focus on approximately 70% new business development and 30% account development & expansion
Build, manage, and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
Identify, approach, and win new customers, particularly serial packaging machine builders, OEMs, and system integrators
Leverage and expand existing networks within the automation, OEM, and system integrator environment
Develop long-term strategic customer relationships within the European automation and packaging industry
Position innovative linear motion and automation solutions as key enabling technologies for next-generation and high-speed automation systems
Lead complex CAPEX sales cycles (6–18 months) from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing
Analyze customer applications and communicate the technical and commercial value proposition (ROI) of advanced automation solutions
Deliver technical presentations to both management and engineering teams
Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and operations teams
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
Provide structured feedback on market trends and customer requirements to support product and business model development
Operate with a high degree of autonomy while directly influencing regional business growth
Successfully open doors and build relationships within the packaging machine builder landscape with a strong hunter mentality
Additional Information
Several years of experience in B2B capital equipment sales, ideally in automation, robotics, or machinery
Proven success in complex project and CAPEX sales
Established network with machine builders, OEMs, or system integrators, ideally within the packaging industry
Solid understanding of automation systems and industrial applications
Strong commercial mindset and closing capability
Excellent German and English skills
Willingness to travel (approx. 40%)
