Must live in Eastern or Central time zones
Proven experience leading and managing a sales team in a results-driven environment
Strong background in consultative, relationship-based selling
Demonstrated ability to forecast revenue and manage pipelines for consistent results
Proficiency with CRM systems, dashboards, and AI-enabled sales tools
Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills
High standard of professionalism, integrity, and accountability

Strategic thinker with disciplined execution skills
Experience building long-term client partnerships, renewals, and upselling

Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and mentor a regional sales team of 6–9 representatives
Set clear expectations and drive accountability for all team members
Oversee revenue performance and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
Coach the team using data insights, pipeline analytics, and call reviews
Ensure consistent and ethical sales practices aligned with company standards
Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and maximize selling time
Maintain key client relationships and support proposals and negotiations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand and editorial alignment
Support revenue generation for regional conferences and event sponsorships
