Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Hackensack, NJ. The Sales Manager will lead the sales floor, coach and motivate the sales team, and ensure a consistently elevated client experience. Daily responsibilities include managing client interactions, overseeing product presentations, monitoring sales performance, and supporting team members in meeting individual and store goals. The role will also involve coordinating staff schedules, overseeing inventory presentation and merchandising, and collaborating with leadership on sales strategies and promotions. The Sales Manager will handle customer concerns, maintain store standards, and uphold Lee Perla’s brand image and service expectations at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably in fine jewelry, luxury goods, or high-end retail. Experience with Rolex or other luxury timepieces is a plus.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills to guide and motivate sales associates.
Excellent customer service, relationship-building, and clienteling abilities with a focus on personalized experiences.
Solid skills in sales planning, goal setting, and performance tracking to drive revenue and meet targets.
Ability to manage visual merchandising, product presentation, and store appearance to luxury standards.
Comfort with POS systems, basic reporting, and handling cash and high-value transactions accurately and securely.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with professional demeanor and presence.
High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness when working with valuable merchandise and confidential client information.
Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Previous experience in jewelry, luxury fashion, or related fields is strongly preferred; additional product training will be provided.
