Job Description: Oversee and drive sales operations within an assigned region for the prostate cancer sales team. Responsible for managing a team of Sales Account Executives (SAE). Develop strategic sales plans and ensure revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to drive decision-making. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.) Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required. 10+ Years of Relevant Sales Experience in Oncology/Urology (Strongly Preferred) Benefits: In addition to base salary, this role includes a competitive commission structure Equity within the company 401k matching Unlimited paid time off (PTO)
