Roles&Responsibilities Theyarelookingtobuildateamofexperienced,collaborative,supportengineerswhowillworktogethertoprovideenterprise-levelassistance.Wehavemanycustomerswhorequireclosesupporttoensuretheyhaveanexcellentexperiencewithourproducts. Youwillbefocusingonworkingdirectlywithourcustomerstoidentifythenecessaryactivitiesrequiredtocompleteeachclientsimplementationandensurethattheactivitiesareperformedinatimely,high-qualitymanner. Theyareafriendlyandopenmindedteam,andwerelookingforpeoplewhowillthrivebycollaboratingandimplementingimprovementstoourapproachtosupport. Roles&Responsibilities Takeincomingsupportcallsfromcustomersandprovideassistanceasrequired. MonitorincomingsupportticketsandensureresponsewithintheagreedSLAs. Analysecustomerissues,diagnoseandresolvewherepossible. Escalatetheissueforassistancefromthedevelopmentteamifrequired. MaintainandtrackandclosesupportissuesonJira. Installandcustomiseapplicationsfornewcustomers. Runtrainingsessionsfornewusers. Testbugfixesreleasedbythedevelopmentteambeforedeliverytothecustomer. Excellentcommunicationskills,bothverbalandwritten,withtheabilitytoconveytechnicalinformationclearlytonon-technicalusers. Aproactiveapproachtoproblem-solvingwithstronganalyticalskills. Abilitytoworkindependentlyaswellaspartofateaminafast-pacedenvironment.
