Wer Sie sind

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of IT infrastructure experience
  • Proficiency in Citrix technologies (XenApp, XenDesktop, etc.) and SCCM
  • Strong knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core services
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Preferred certifications in Citrix, SCCM, and cloud technologies

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Develop, set up, configure, and sustain Citrix environments, encompassing XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront, NetScaler, and Provisioning Services across on-premise and cloud platforms
  • Oversee SCCM operations, covering software distribution, patch deployment, inventory management, reporting, and compliance
  • Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other essential services
  • Employ various tools and best practices to oversee and refine the performance, availability, and security of IT systems
  • Investigate and resolve intricate IT infrastructure issues, offering root cause analysis and recommendations
  • Maintain and revise IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards
  • Assess and adopt innovative technologies and strategies to enhance IT infrastructure
  • Offer technical assistance and direction to end-users and IT personnel
