Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of IT infrastructure experience
Proficiency in Citrix technologies (XenApp, XenDesktop, etc.) and SCCM
Strong knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core services
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred certifications in Citrix, SCCM, and cloud technologies

Develop, set up, configure, and sustain Citrix environments, encompassing XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront, NetScaler, and Provisioning Services across on-premise and cloud platforms
Oversee SCCM operations, covering software distribution, patch deployment, inventory management, reporting, and compliance
Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other essential services
Employ various tools and best practices to oversee and refine the performance, availability, and security of IT systems
Investigate and resolve intricate IT infrastructure issues, offering root cause analysis and recommendations
Maintain and revise IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards
Assess and adopt innovative technologies and strategies to enhance IT infrastructure
Offer technical assistance and direction to end-users and IT personnel
