Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of IT infrastructure experience
- Proficiency in Citrix technologies (XenApp, XenDesktop, etc.) and SCCM
- Strong knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core services
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Preferred certifications in Citrix, SCCM, and cloud technologies
Your tasks
- Develop, set up, configure, and sustain Citrix environments, encompassing XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront, NetScaler, and Provisioning Services across on-premise and cloud platforms
- Oversee SCCM operations, covering software distribution, patch deployment, inventory management, reporting, and compliance
- Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other essential services
- Employ various tools and best practices to oversee and refine the performance, availability, and security of IT systems
- Investigate and resolve intricate IT infrastructure issues, offering root cause analysis and recommendations
- Maintain and revise IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards
- Assess and adopt innovative technologies and strategies to enhance IT infrastructure
- Offer technical assistance and direction to end-users and IT personnel
