Wer Sie sind

A degree in business informatics or a comparable IT education.
Experience as a software requirements engineer or in a coordinating role in a software engineering team.
Understanding of the design and digitalisation of business processes.
Analytical and conceptual skills.
Team orientation, openness and communication skills.
A strong service mentality.
Fluent in German, English, French or Italian are a plus.

Ihre Aufgaben

Together with the application owners and stakeholders, determine the requirements for new software solutions.
Analyze and document the requirements for the system landscape and manage the backlog.
Conduct workshops with users to understand their needs (if required).
Support the agile software engineering team in implementing the requirements and coordinate with internal specialists or partners.
Identify and resolve conflicting goals and dependencies regarding technical requirements.
Define acceptance criteria and, together with the test manager, ensure that these are met.
Support IT projects from start to finish and drive forward the digitalization of our processes.
