Who you are
- A degree in business informatics or a comparable IT education.
- Experience as a software requirements engineer or in a coordinating role in a software engineering team.
- Understanding of the design and digitalisation of business processes.
- Analytical and conceptual skills.
- Team orientation, openness and communication skills.
- A strong service mentality.
- Fluent in German, English, French or Italian are a plus.
Your tasks
- Together with the application owners and stakeholders, determine the requirements for new software solutions.
- Analyze and document the requirements for the system landscape and manage the backlog.
- Conduct workshops with users to understand their needs (if required).
- Support the agile software engineering team in implementing the requirements and coordinate with internal specialists or partners.
- Identify and resolve conflicting goals and dependencies regarding technical requirements.
- Define acceptance criteria and, together with the test manager, ensure that these are met.
- Support IT projects from start to finish and drive forward the digitalization of our processes.
