Votre profil

  • A degree in business informatics or a comparable IT education.
  • Experience as a software requirements engineer or in a coordinating role in a software engineering team.
  • Understanding of the design and digitalisation of business processes.
  • Analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Team orientation, openness and communication skills.
  • A strong service mentality.
  • Fluent in German, English, French or Italian are a plus.

Vos tâches

  • Together with the application owners and stakeholders, determine the requirements for new software solutions.
  • Analyze and document the requirements for the system landscape and manage the backlog.
  • Conduct workshops with users to understand their needs (if required).
  • Support the agile software engineering team in implementing the requirements and coordinate with internal specialists or partners.
  • Identify and resolve conflicting goals and dependencies regarding technical requirements.
  • Define acceptance criteria and, together with the test manager, ensure that these are met.
  • Support IT projects from start to finish and drive forward the digitalization of our processes.
