As Team leader Digital Service & Software Developer, you will implement, maintain, and improve the hiring company's digital PIM/MAM, CMS, CRM and BI solutions with your team. You are responsible for the front/backend developments as well as for the interfaces and their maintenance. Together with your team, you perform upgrades, troubleshoot problems, and support the business in their daily work are also part of your responsibilities. You carry out projects while working closely together with the Digital Marketing team and various consulting agencies.

Wer Sie sind
- University education in computer science.
- At least 5 years of experience as a software architect such as PIM (e.g. Contentserv), E-Com (e.g. Magento), CRM (e.g. Salesforce.com) solutions.
- Experience in data/architecture, modelling and visualization (SQL, MS Power BI, etc.).
- Proven knowledge in software development such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of project management, Agile, Scrum.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Very good knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Lead and support a team of software developer and data architect.
- Implement, customize and improve our digital CX applications.
- Maintain corporate webpage and e-commerce solutions for Switzerland and other countries
- Develop custom modules and configuration in Magento, Contentserv, Salesforce, etc.
- Provide 2nd / 3rd level support to Rado HQ and countries in their daily webpage needs and e-commerce activities.
- Coordinate, implement, test and document application upgrades or patches.
- Identify and optimize performance of systems.
