They created a job offer for a Chief Sales & Marketing Officer/Head of Growth to integrate into their teams in Geneva, Switzerland location. The salary range for this position is CHF110-170K/ year. Wer Sie sind

  • Professional experience: 8+ years of professional experience (min 3+ years in online marketing and 3+ years in sales)
  • Language skills: English (C1+ / fluent/native) AND French (C1+, fluent/native)
  • Previous direct management experience
  • Someone very dynamic, service oriented and bold
  • Someone highly analytical and good with numbers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good CRM experience
  • Tech enthusiast
  • Strong plus: previous experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, SaaS

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leading the whole Sales & Marketing team (approx. 16 people)
  • Focus on growing their consumer base of B2C and B2B users
  • Implementing all the online marketing strategies and promotions
  • Growing the brand via different marketing growth hack activities
  • Help them to continue expanding geographically
  • Managing the whole PR/brand image
  • Building long-term relationships with their clients
