Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows11 operating systems
Support Microsoft365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Microsoft Entra ID (AzureAD) and Active Directory
Configure and support laptops, desktops, docking stations, monitors, and mobile devices
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues
Perform new hire onboarding and employee offboarding activities, including equipment provisioning and recovery
Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions within the IT ticketing system
Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle management of end‑user equipment
Provide onsite and remote support for local users, as well as physical support for Aruba Networks hardware
Support Aruba wireless access points and wireless network troubleshooting
Work with senior network engineers on network deployments, upgrades, and optimization projects
General IT Operations
Participate in IT projects, hardware refreshes, office moves, and infrastructure upgrade
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty support, and network‑related issues
Maintain compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practice
Participate in after‑hours support and maintenance activities as needed
Required Qualifications
3+ years of desktop support or IT support experience
2+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments
Experience administering and troubleshooting Aruba switches and wireless infrastructure, Windows11, Microsoft365, Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, hardware and software troubleshooting
Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and problem‑solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications related to Endpoint Management or Microsoft365
Experience with Intune and endpoint management solutions
Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools
Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
Ability to work onsite in an office and data center environment
Ability to travel locally to support office locations when required
