Marketing Director uthenTEAK, a luxury outdoor furniture retailer, is expanding its digital team and seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Director . The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all marketing initiatives for AuthenTEAK and thrive in a fast-moving, agile, and technical environment. This role’s primary focus is to accelerate growth within our already expanding retail e-commerce division. The candidate will work directly with ownership and collaborate closely with the existing team to manage current partnerships and enhance our web, social, and traditional marketing efforts. Responsibilities: Develop digital marketing strategies, including the management and optimization of SEM, SEO, Social Marketing, Linking, Content Creation, and Email Marketing Automation, using industry best practices. Review and comprehend web analytics to make strategic decisions to improve web performance (lower bounce rate, increase conversations, etc.). Provide creative direction for our traditional and digital marketing outlets supporting our retail showroom and our website. Review and analyzing areas of opportunity pertaining to marketing. Prepare detailed strategy reports. Generate overall site leads through marketing. Set KPI’s for each tactic of the marketing strategy for accountability with various resources. Determine business needs to achieve expected marketing growth. Requirements: Mastery of marketing, content, SEO, SEM, Creative, Brand Standards and Social. Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work within a team and independently. Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google My Business, Search Console and Data Studio. Experience with website optimization tools. Ability to break down complex strategies into small, manageable tasks. Capacity to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities. Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Minimum 4 years of marketing resource management experience. Recent continuing education to ensure relevancy with current best practices. Ability to understand reporting tools (i.e. Google Analytics, SEM Rush and/or equal) and make adjustments based on understanding of information. A well-established, West Midtown furniture company is growing again and seeking a seasoned, highly motivated, creative, dependable, and detail-oriented professional for the role of Showroom Sales and Design . The primary responsibility of this position is to work collaboratively within a team environment while providing exceptional customer service and thorough product education to our clientele, which includes retail customers and interior designers. A secondary responsibility is to assist with merchandising and maintaining the showroom’s appearance in alignment with our brand standards. The ideal candidate will be confident in their ability to communicate extensive product knowledge professionally, both verbally and in writing. The ideal candidate is creative, dependable, detail-oriented, and highly focused. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business with commercial and trade accounts throughout the metro Atlanta area. A secondary responsibility includes attending networking events and occasionally hosting similar functions. The ideal candidate is a true go-getter and confident in their ability to professionally communicate extensive product knowledge, both verbally and in writing. This position offers a base salary plus commission , along with health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation .
