Our client, a leading privately owned media organization, is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Representative to grow advertising partnerships across premier sports, news, and media programming. If you're a proven media sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and closing deals, this is an outstanding opportunity to grow your career with uncapped earning potential. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business opportunities Sell advertising, sponsorships, and integrated media solutions Build long-term client relationships Manage the sales process from prospecting through close Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals What We're Looking For Previous radio and/or media advertising sales experience Proven success in business development and closing new business Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Passion for sports and media is a plus Must be able to work in-office in Williamson County, TN Compensation $2,000/month base salary 20% commission on gross sales Uncapped earning potential Excellent opportunity for long-term career growth Please Note: Previous radio/media advertising sales experience is required. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
