POSITION OVERVIEW The Working Sales Manager is a player-coach role at the center of the company's commercial execution. This person leads the entire sales organization, Inside Sales and Outside Sales across Transportation, Industrial, Marine & Composites, and Insulation, while personally owning corporate-level relationships with key industrial distribution partners. This role is a critical driver of the company's long-term revenue growth strategy and carries dual accountability: building and developing a high-performing sales team, and serving as the company's senior commercial presence at the national and regional account level within industrial distribution.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined, process-driven sales leader who can coach a structured sales methodology, enforce CRM accountability, and personally carry relationships at the highest levels of the distribution channel, while never losing sight of what the team is executing day to day.
