The Opportunity This is a highly visible role and serves as the primary business development position within the organization. As the face of the company in the marketplace, you will manage key existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new opportunities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
This is an ideal opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and developing business from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with existing custom home builders, developers, and contractors
Identify and secure new business opportunities throughout the territory
Conduct face-to-face meetings, job site visits, networking events, and industry functions
Develop and execute territory growth strategies
Maintain a strong presence in the local building and construction community
Collaborate with internal operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Achieve revenue growth and business development goals
What We're Looking For
Proven success in outside sales, business development, or account management
Experience selling into the construction, building products, home improvement, or related industries preferred
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Self-motivated hunter mentality with the ability to develop new business
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage a territory
