What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
Previous automotive dealership sales management experience required
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Experience desking deals and helping close opportunities
Ability to motivate, train, and support sales consultants
Strong understanding of dealership sales process, follow-up, and customer experience
Confidence working with internet leads, BDC, finance, and ownership
Ability to create accountability while keeping the team energized
A fun, upbeat personality and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
VinSolutions CRM experience is a plus
