Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets. * Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue. * Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. * Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within area of responsibilities. * Proactively analyze sales data and complete all monthly/annually reporting required including forecast, market reports, travel and entertainment expenses as required by region and headquarter. * Develop our relationship with all key accounts in geography through effective formal reviews, brand activation, quality. * Responsible HoReCa customer type * Develop and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business in hotels, restaurants, cafes, bakeries. * Customer Acquisition (for resp. customer type) * Provides Leads (for all customer types) and maintain an ongoing pipeline of perspective target accounts. * Renew contract with existing customers (for resp. customer type) * Customer Maintenance (for resp. customer type) * Upselling and Cross-selling * Customer Trainings in top accounts to ensure the quality std of the brand are being met. * Coordinate all Quality and Technical service with Technical Manager and / or 3rd party Technical Services partners. * Execution of marketing promotions & communication * Collection and AR collection (until escalation level reached) - but ultimate responsibility is with Finance. * Implementation launch of new products/guidelines/promotions. * Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of professional experience in sales (with customer contact) or in field service * Special industry and product knowledge * Works independently with general supervision. * Good MS-Office and English knowledge. * Business trips, driving license B. * Leadership and management skills. * Entrepreneurial thinking and acting. * Fast learner-able to understand complex business. * Must be highly self-motivated and require little supervision. * Familiarity and existing relationships within the local landscape (hotels, restaurants, cafes) * Communication, negotiation, and networking skills. * Assertiveness and decision-making skills. * Team player and organized person.
