Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Farmington, NY for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of sales professionals, oversee customer interactions, implement sales strategies, and track performance metrics. Key responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service, managing inventory effectively, and achieving monthly sales goals. This role places a strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and business development in a dynamic retail environment. Qualifications Proven sales experience with skills in business development and customer relationship management Leadership abilities including team management and performance tracking Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer and team interactions Strategic thinking with a focus on sales strategy and market analysis Ability to work on-site and maintain a collaborative and results-driven work environment Proficiency in sales management tools and inventory management software Prior experience in the retail or RV industry is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required
