For our central reservations office, we are looking for a motivated Reservation Agent (m/f) to join us on a permanent contract, starting immediately!

Sales conversations, acceptance and processing of written and telephone reservations

Correspondence in German, English, and French

Advising guests on prices and room categories

Creating and updating reservations

Preparing offers, confirmations, etc., in German, English, and French

Checking provisional bookings and following up accordingly

Monitoring and filing correspondence

Maintaining and updating guest profiles

Central staff accommodation located in the heart of Zermatt and Täsch

Professional experience in a similar establishment in Switzerland and/or abroad

Good verbal and written communication skills in German, English, and French
