Director of Sales
BelWo Inc. is a leading solution-focused partner in customer communication management (CCM). Our top verticals include insurance, banking/ credit unions, healthcare, utilities, and print service providers.
To facilitate the rapid growth of our company, we are currently looking for a successful and enthusiastic Director of Sales to join our dynamic team in US, Canada and India.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead our sales team, identify & hunt for new opportunities and close new accounts.
- Manage to achieve sales targets with successful pricing negotiation & SOW signing.
- Create and accelerate the sales pipeline and uncover opportunities.
- Research prospective accounts and coordinate with the marketing team.
- Stay on top of industry trends, economic indicators and competitive landscape.
- Identify gaps in current services for better customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date sales records in the company’s CRM system.
- Regular travel for customer and industry engagement.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
- Adhere to the company’s IT and security policies like Security breach, NDA compliance, Behavioral Policy, Employment Agreement, Confidentiality etc.
Required Experience and Skills
- Experience selling managed services/ migration/ digital transformation to companies in our top verticals.
- Experience in customer communication management (CCM) or similar fields like document management/ enterprise content management (ECM)/ customer experience (CX).
- Expert in navigating offshore programming challenges.
- Successful record of beating assigned sales quota.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and public-speaking skills.
- Proficient programming/ technology background.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in selling technology solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in selling technology solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹2,000,000.00 – ₹3,000,000.00 per year
