Director of Sales

BelWo Inc. is a leading solution-focused partner in customer communication management (CCM). Our top verticals include insurance, banking/ credit unions, healthcare, utilities, and print service providers.

To facilitate the rapid growth of our company, we are currently looking for a successful and enthusiastic Director of Sales to join our dynamic team in US, Canada and India.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Lead our sales team, identify & hunt for new opportunities and close new accounts.
  2. Manage to achieve sales targets with successful pricing negotiation & SOW signing.
  3. Create and accelerate the sales pipeline and uncover opportunities.
  4. Research prospective accounts and coordinate with the marketing team.
  5. Stay on top of industry trends, economic indicators and competitive landscape.
  6. Identify gaps in current services for better customer experience.
  7. Maintain up-to-date sales records in the company’s CRM system.
  8. Regular travel for customer and industry engagement.
  9. Other responsibilities as assigned.
  10. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  11. Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
  12. Adhere to the company’s IT and security policies like Security breach, NDA compliance, Behavioral Policy, Employment Agreement, Confidentiality etc.

Required Experience and Skills

  1. Experience selling managed services/ migration/ digital transformation to companies in our top verticals.
  2. Experience in customer communication management (CCM) or similar fields like document management/ enterprise content management (ECM)/ customer experience (CX).
  3. Expert in navigating offshore programming challenges.
  4. Successful record of beating assigned sales quota.
  5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and public-speaking skills.
  7. Proficient programming/ technology background.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 10+ years of sales leadership experience in selling technology solutions.
  3. 10+ years of experience in selling technology solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹2,000,000.00 – ₹3,000,000.00 per year
