We're an E-commerce CRO agency working with 8-9 figure businesses in the US and Europe. We need someone who owns client relationships end-to-end, acting as the bridge between our clients and our team of CRO strategists, designers, and developers. Responsibilities
Keep clients happy by being the best communicator in the room. You will manage 5-7 e-commerce CRO projects at a time for brands making $10M-$100M per year. You will be the single point of contact for each client – the person they trust, rely on, and turn to when things get messy. You will coordinate between our internal team (strategists, designers, developers) and the client to ensure everyone is aligned, deadlines are met, and quality is never compromised. You will push back when needed, ask the hard questions, and make sure we are delivering real value – not just checking boxes. Requirements
Skills We Expect
Experience in e-commerce, CRO, or agency work. Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics. Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization. Comfortable working across time zones (we work with US-based clients). Use AI and comfortable experimenting with AI. Who You Are
