Required Qualifications
Proven product design experience for B2B SaaS web apps with a portfolio showcasing decision-making and outcomes Advanced skills in Figma and experience with design systems and reusable patterns Strong understanding of UX fundamentals including information architecture and interaction design Ability to collaborate with engineers and navigate constraints and tradeoffs effectively High ownership and capability to drive projects from ambiguity to successful outcomes in small teams
