Own design from discovery to delivery, including problem framing, flow mapping, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design Design intuitive B2B workflows for enterprise users and enhance interaction design for whiteboards/canvases Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams while using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions
Required Qualifications
Proven product design experience for B2B SaaS web apps with a portfolio showcasing decision-making and outcomes Advanced skills in Figma and experience with design systems and reusable patterns Strong understanding of UX fundamentals including information architecture and interaction design Ability to collaborate with engineers and navigate constraints and tradeoffs effectively High ownership and capability to drive projects from ambiguity to successful outcomes in small teams
