AFM is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collection Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of agents, ensuring both internal and client work standards are met, facilitating ongoing development, and exceeding assigned revenue targets.
Location 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities Ensure both internal and client work standards are met Monitor agent work efforts throughout the day; proactively address & resolve deficiencies Interpret KPI’s and provide ongoing training and development Audit account-level activity and provide constructive feedback and instruction Evaluate calls to ensure compliance and negotiation effectiveness Meet and exceed monthly recovery goals
Qualifications Experience leading a third-party collection team of 10-20 agents Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in a third-party collection environment Ability to interpret and leverage performance reports and KPI data
