Job Description:
Team Leadership & Operations
• Lead a group of CSRs and advise team members on day-to-day operations
• Support other team leads and Director of Customer Service
• Assist leadership in operational priorities and process improvements
• Monitor operational reporting and communicate trends to management
Order Processing & Communications
• Manage end-to-end order processing with accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee inbound/outbound email and phone communications with customers and dealers
• Respond to customer comments, tickets, and inquiries professionally
• Handle dealer phone calls as a knowledgeable point of contact
Documentation & Systems
• Maintain shipping and logistics documents including BOLs and packing lists
• Utilize Infor M3 ERP for order entry, tracking, and
