What You'll Do
- Greet guests promptly and conduct thorough vehicle intake
- Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs
- Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and follow-up communication
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor repair progress and keep guests informed
- Close repair orders with clarity and professionalism
- Build long-term relationships through trust and consistent follow-up
- Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and DMS
- Structured dispatch and technician workflow
- Strong parts processes to minimize delays
- Clear repair order standards and documentation expectations
- Leadership focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Consistent coaching and accountability
- Maintain high CSI performance
- Consistently achieve labor and parts sales goals
- Protect effective labor rate through proper menu presentation
- Ensure 100% compliance with dealership processes
- Deliver timely, accurate communication to every guest
- Prior automotive service advisor experience required
- Toyota experience a plus, not required
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders simultaneously
- Professional presence and steady follow-through
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
