What You'll Do
  • Greet guests promptly and conduct thorough vehicle intake
  • Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs
  • Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and follow-up communication
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
  • Monitor repair progress and keep guests informed
  • Close repair orders with clarity and professionalism
  • Build long-term relationships through trust and consistent follow-up
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and DMS

What It Takes
  • Prior automotive service advisor experience required
  • Toyota experience a plus, not required
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple repair orders simultaneously
  • Professional presence and steady follow-through
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
