4 Year / Bachelor's Degree; Master's level work is a plus 5-7 years of proven success in direct hire and professional staffing, with finance & accounting specialization preferred 5 years of people sales management experience with demonstrated success in driving business results and P&L management Strong financial acumen is required Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
