Physical Therapist Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to assist in providing therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will help residents carry out treatment plans to improve mobility and overall function.

• Implement treatment plans developed by the PT
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Monitor and report resident progress to the PT
• Document treatment sessions accurately
• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment
• Communicate effectively with residents and care team

• Active PTA license in the state
• Prior experience in a nursing home or rehab setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively
