This role is focused on growing new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue across multiple channels.

Pay & Benefits

  • Training pay: $23/hour
  • Post-training salary: $47,840 annually

What You'll Do
  • Develop new business and expand existing accounts
  • Manage relationships with commercial, on-premise, vending, and specialty customers
  • Identify growth opportunities and increase sales volume and profitability
  • Support new customer onboarding and ordering setup
  • Maintain contracts, track renewals, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Execute promotions and marketing initiatives within accounts
  • Participate in community events and brand activations
  • Coordinate with internal teams on equipment placement, service, and promotions
  • Track activity, sales growth, and report progress regularly

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Strong ability to generate new business and grow accounts

  • Analytical and results-driven
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
