Business Development Manager
This role is focused on growing new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue across multiple channels.
Pay & Benefits
- Training pay: $23/hour
- Post-training salary: $47,840 annually
- Performance bonus: up to $20,000 annually

- Develop new business and expand existing accounts
- Manage relationships with commercial, on-premise, vending, and specialty customers
- Identify growth opportunities and increase sales volume and profitability
- Support new customer onboarding and ordering setup
- Maintain contracts, track renewals, and ensure accurate documentation
- Execute promotions and marketing initiatives within accounts
- Participate in community events and brand activations
- Coordinate with internal teams on equipment placement, service, and promotions
- Track activity, sales growth, and report progress regularly
- Mix of field sales, account management, and business development
- Relationship-driven with a focus on long-term growth
- Fast-paced with clear performance expectations and goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong ability to generate new business and grow accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Analytical and results-driven
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
