About the RoleThis is your chance to join our dynamic sales team as a Senior National Account Manager . We have exciting opportunities available across our top customers in various key brand and product categories. Your final portfolio assignments will be tailored to match your strengths and the needs of the business, ensuring the perfect fit for both you and us!
As a Senior National Account Manager, you will:
- Lead strategic account management across key categories and retail partners.
- Craft and sell tailored customer plans that drive mutual growth and outperform the competition.
- Manage business responsibilities with sales targets ranging from £20 million to £100 million.
- Create and execute winning customer plans.
- Lead negotiations and manage trade budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies proactively.
- Drive efficiency in forecasting and supply chain planning.
- Be a visible leader and influencer across the business.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Account management experience with leading UK&I retailers or FMCG experience as a buyer.
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding business results and exceeding targets.
- A clear understanding of executing winning plans with key retailers.
- Experience in managing and improving sales forecasts and trade funds budgets.
- Successful examples of leadership and a passion for winning.
- A valid UK Driving License.
