As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll work with some of our largest and most complex accounts, helping clients manage their risks and achieve their goals. How you'll make an impact
  • Be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of accounts, negotiate service agreements, and deliver tailored solutions that add value.
  • Help secure existing business and grow new opportunities by cultivating trust and driving the sale of additional services.
  • Build and expand relationships with clients at all levels of their organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate fee-based pricing to ensure account profitability.
  • Contribute to a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience

OR

  • High School degree and 10 years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
  • License required.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
