How you'll make an impact
- Be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision.
- Lead the day-to-day management of accounts, negotiate service agreements, and deliver tailored solutions that add value.
- Help secure existing business and grow new opportunities by cultivating trust and driving the sale of additional services.
- Build and expand relationships with clients at all levels of their organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate fee-based pricing to ensure account profitability.
- Contribute to a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience
OR
- High School degree and 10 years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
- License required.
- Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
