Your RoleWe are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher who has a passion for working with vulnerable children across Key Stages 3 & 4. If you have a solid understanding of the National Curriculum and are eager to teach subjects like Functional Skills and Media, including ESports, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Teach at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your students.
- Utilize our positive behaviour policy to foster responsibility and accountability among students.
- Inspire a love of learning and motivate students to thrive.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Successful teaching experience, particularly with SEN students.
- Experience in nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, especially in Maths or English.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- A reflective practitioner who understands therapeutic approaches to education.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.
