Salary: £28,000 - £39,520

Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only

As a SEN Class Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils. You will teach a small, bespoke class of up to 6 students, supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:

• Motivating pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative lesson presentations.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and professionals to maintain high educational standards.
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing regular feedback to students and their families.
• Utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance engagement and learning.
• Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating learning environment for all students.
• Adhering to school policies and procedures in alignment with our core values.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
• Successful experience in SEN teaching.
• A solid understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to the success of every pupil.
