The RoleAs a SEN Class Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils. You will teach a small, bespoke class of up to 6 students, supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Motivating pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative lesson presentations.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and professionals to maintain high educational standards.
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing regular feedback to students and their families.
- Utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance engagement and learning.
- Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating learning environment for all students.
- Adhering to school policies and procedures in alignment with our core values.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
- Successful experience in SEN teaching.
- A solid understanding of the National Curriculum.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to the success of every pupil.
