Job Title: Assistant Manager – Audit (Financial Services)

This role will suit qualified audit professionals seeking a move into a managerial role:

• 
  
• 3+ years’ audit experience, ideally with FS clients
  
• Currently working in a Top 10 or Big 4 firm, or trained in practice with FS exposure
  
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
  

This role sits within the Financial Services Audit division and reports to Senior Management. Key responsibilities include:

• 
  
• Client Management – Acting as main point of contact for FS audit clients
  
• Team Leadership – Managing audit teams and supporting the development of junior staff
  
• Audit Delivery – Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments in line with deadlines
  
• Technical Review – Reviewing financial xcfaprz statements for compliance with relevant frameworks
  
• Risk Management – Ensuring audits meet internal risk and quality standards
  
• Client Development – Supporting Managers and Partners with business development efforts
  
• Process Improvement – Recommending ways to enhance efficiency within audits
  
• Stakeholder Interaction – Collaborating with clients’ senior finance teams and key internal stakeholders
