Job Title: Assistant Manager – Audit (Financial Services)

Who should apply
This role will suit qualified audit professionals seeking a move into a managerial role:
- 3+ years’ audit experience, ideally with FS clients
- Currently working in a Top 10 or Big 4 firm, or trained in practice with FS exposure
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
Role and Reporting Lines
This role sits within the Financial Services Audit division and reports to Senior Management. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Management – Acting as main point of contact for FS audit clients
- Team Leadership – Managing audit teams and supporting the development of junior staff
- Audit Delivery – Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments in line with deadlines
- Technical Review – Reviewing financial xcfaprz statements for compliance with relevant frameworks
- Risk Management – Ensuring audits meet internal risk and quality standards
- Client Development – Supporting Managers and Partners with business development efforts
- Process Improvement – Recommending ways to enhance efficiency within audits
- Stakeholder Interaction – Collaborating with clients’ senior finance teams and key internal stakeholders
