Responsibilities
Contact clients through cold calls and emails to schedule discovery meetings.
Research and utilize tools to find leverage data to gain access to larger firms.
Manage inbound lead queue – qualify leads and present Rightworks professionally.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Build long‑term trusting relationships with clients.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Report to the Sales Manager on sales results.
Stay up to date with new products/services, pricing, and payment plans.
Requirements
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2‑5 years experience in sales, focused on larger organizations (50+ staff).
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative.
Hands‑on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
Track record of achieving quotas/metrics.
Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
Experience with cadence software (e.g., Groove, SalesLoft, Outreach).
Eligibility Requirements
Open to US citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
Cannot accept applications from residents of California, Hawaii, or Alaska.
Relocation not offered.
