Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of antivirus and endpoint management infrastructure Respond to incident tickets related to endpoint security issues and collaborate with senior team members for resolution Monitor dashboards for security tool health and document incident resolutions
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent experience Basic understanding of antivirus, endpoint management, and DLP technologies Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are a plus but not required Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
