Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent experience Basic understanding of antivirus, endpoint management, and DLP technologies Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are a plus but not required Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
