Paragon Insurance Group is looking for a Client Coordinator to support client servicing, policy management, and internal coordination within a growing agency.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with insurance experience who enjoys working directly with clients while also managing the behind-the-scenes details that keep an agency performing at its best.

You’ll play a key role in supporting personal lines accounts, assisting with policy changes, and ensuring clients receive timely, professional service throughout the lifecycle of their coverage.

Compensation

• Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
• Performance-based incentives

• Respond to client requests related to personal lines policies
• Assist with endorsements, renewals, and coverage updates
• Coordinate with carriers to process changes and gather information
• Issue certificates and evidence of insurance as needed
• Maintain accurate records within the agency management system
• Prepare documentation and ensure files are complete and compliant
• Partner with team members to keep workflows moving efficiently

• Prior experience in the insurance industry
• Active license preferred or a willingness to obtain quickly
• Familiarity with agency management systems
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
