Paragon Insurance Group is looking for a Client Coordinator to support client servicing, policy management, and internal coordination within a growing agency.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with insurance experience who enjoys working directly with clients while also managing the behind-the-scenes details that keep an agency performing at its best.
You’ll play a key role in supporting personal lines accounts, assisting with policy changes, and ensuring clients receive timely, professional service throughout the lifecycle of their coverage.
Compensation
- Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
- Performance-based incentives

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client requests related to personal lines policies
- Assist with endorsements, renewals, and coverage updates
- Coordinate with carriers to process changes and gather information
- Issue certificates and evidence of insurance as needed
- Maintain accurate records within the agency management system
- Prepare documentation and ensure files are complete and compliant
- Partner with team members to keep workflows moving efficiently
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the insurance industry
- Active license preferred or a willingness to obtain quickly
- Familiarity with agency management systems
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
