Platform Engineer (AWS)

As a Platform Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and supporting AWS-based platforms with a strong focus on automation, security, and scalability. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver best‑in‑class cloud solutions aligned with modern architectural standards.

• Design and implement production‑grade AWS infrastructure in regulated environments
  
• Build and manage secure, scalable cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
  
• Implement networking solutions (DNS, load balancing, firewalls, proxies)
  
• Drive adoption of zero‑trust security models, encryption, and KMS
  
• Optimize cloud cost, performance, and reliability at scale
  
• Work with containers and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS)
  
• Monitor systems using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace, and AWS native services
  

• 
  
• 7+ years in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or SRE
  
• 5+ years of hands‑on AWS experience
  
• Strong expertise in cloud security, IAM, governance, and networking
  
• Experience with multi‑account AWS xcfaprz environments, landing zones, or Control Tower
  
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Shell scripting
  
• Solid experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation
  
• Background in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries (highly preferred)
  
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  
• Passion for cloud innovation and continuous improvement
