As a Platform Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and supporting AWS-based platforms with a strong focus on automation, security, and scalability. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver best‑in‑class cloud solutions aligned with modern architectural standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and implement production‑grade AWS infrastructure in regulated environments
- Build and manage secure, scalable cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
- Implement networking solutions (DNS, load balancing, firewalls, proxies)
- Drive adoption of zero‑trust security models, encryption, and KMS
- Optimize cloud cost, performance, and reliability at scale
- Work with containers and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS)
- Monitor systems using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace, and AWS native services
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or SRE
- 5+ years of hands‑on AWS experience
- Strong expertise in cloud security, IAM, governance, and networking
- Experience with multi‑account AWS xcfaprz environments, landing zones, or Control Tower
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Shell scripting
- Solid experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation
- Background in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries (highly preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for cloud innovation and continuous improvement
